DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All website orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after they are received.

However shipping times vary depending on the state you live in. For an approximate shipping time in transit you can see the map below.

We ship UPS or USPS, hence, these ship times are all based on UPS shipment estimates.

Once shipped you can track the status of an order via your order number and the tracking numbers for the shipments made which was sent to you with your order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the following countries: UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada and Mexico. PayPal will automatically calculate shipping costs based on the weight of your item(s) but only up to 45 pounds. If your weight is above 45 pounds before you place your order please contact us at info@african-art-and-crafts.com with the items, item number and weight and we will inform you of the shipping cost and arrange payment through PayPal. 

If you want to place an order and you reside outside the aforementioned countries. Please e-mail us at info@african-art-and-crafts.com to discuss the matter.

Cancellation/Return Policy

Whenever you need to change or cancel an order, contact our office at (781) 328-2699 or via e-mail at: info@african-art-and-crafts.com and request to change, or cancel the order. Please call before 3 PM EST on the day that you place your order to make any changes or to cancel; because after that time the service may have already picked up your package.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or merchandise credit. However in order to qualify for an exchange or credit all merchandise must be returned to us undamaged and returned within 30 days of your purchase. Additionally clothing must not be soiled or laundered.
